〖黑色金属〗武钢海外收购铁矿项目通过发改委审批

    2010年4月，发改委核准武汉钢铁（集团）公司、广东省广新外贸集团有限公司和锦
兴国际控股有限公司联合收购马达加斯加苏拉拉铁矿矿权并开展风险勘探项目。

    根据此前的报道，由武钢持股42%、广新外贸持股38%以及锦兴国际持股20%的香港武
钢广新公司在09年9月14日取得马达加斯加之Soalala区之露天铁矿资源的勘探和开采权。
该项目矿区为430多平方公里，已知其中约四分之一面积的可开发储量达8亿吨以上。

Wuhan Iron and Steel buy overseas iron ore projects approved by NDRC

April 2010, the NDRC approved the Wuhan Iron and Steel (Group) Company, Guangzhou, Guangdong Province Foreign Trade Group Co., Ltd. and Kam Hing International Holdings Limited to acquire iron ore mining tenements and carry out Madagascar surara risk exploration projects.

According to previous reports, 42% owned by the Wuhan Iron and Steel, wide new foreign ownership stake of 38% and 20% of Hanny Holdings of Hong Kong International Wu Steel wide new company Sept. 14, 2009 made Madagascar the Soalala area open iron ore resources exploration and exploitation rights.

The project mining area of 430 square kilometers, of which about a quarter of the area known exploitable reserves of 800 million tons or more.
