摘要
单绕组多速电动机,其转子为笼型绕组,通过改变定子绕组的接法,从而改变其极对数,从而达到调速的目的。具有结构简单、运行可靠、成本低廉等优点而被广泛应用。在本文采用的是混相变极原理对单绕组变速电动机进行设计。
本文首先要介绍单绕组多速电动机在现在社会生产的应用和发展,让我们有明确的设计方向和意义。同时在以前的生产经验的基础和我们查阅资料的前提下,确定用混相法设计定子绕组的方案并做出分析,画出槽号相位图和绕组接线图。同时把在设计过程中,我们需要了解的变极调速原理有深入的介绍,各种变极调速的方法原理及绕组排列,清楚单绕组变速电动机运行时的各种特性及设计特点。然后在电机的设计部分,先详尽的叙述了电机设计程序及各主要参数的意义,同时通过给定的数据进行电机设计的计算。
