现行《自动喷水灭火系统设计规范》GB50084-2001(以下简称《喷规》)，在诸多方面发生了变化，相比原《喷规》来讲，更加完善合理。但一些新增条文在执行过程中还有待探讨，本文就《喷规》第9.3.5和10.1.4条中的用词和图式说明作出自己的看法，供同行商榷。 1、减压阀的设置探讨 《喷规》新增条文9.3.5条第三款为“当连接两个及以上报警阀组时，应设置备用减压阀”，条文说明示意见图1。条文9.3.5条中设备用减压阀的目的是：当一组减压阀检修或损坏时，另一组仍维持系统正常供水。从其设置目的来看，如果是连接减压阀的过滤器或减压阀组前后的管道损坏或检修时，就算是备用了减压。阀，整个系统还是要停止供水。从整个系统来讲，备用减压阀不是实现系统供水安全可靠的必要条件。 2、环状管网的设置探讨 《喷规》新增条文10.1.4条为：“当自动喷水灭火系统中设有两个及以上报警阀组时，报警阀组前宜设环状供水管道”，条文说明示意见图2。条文10.1.4条中设置环状供水管道的目的是：当环状管网一侧的管道、阀门或仪表检修时，另一侧仍能保持系统正常供水。从其设置的目的来看，对于两个以上报警阀组并联设置的自动喷水灭火系统，报警阀前应设置环状管道。因在火灾初期，自动喷水灭火系统的功效要优于消火栓，而消火栓在室内消防用水量大于15L／s时，要求室内管道至少应有两条进水管分别与室外环状管道的不同管段连接。所以从供水的安全可靠性来讲，两个及以上报警阀组并联设置的自动喷水灭火系统，报警阀设置环状管道非常必要。对于串联接人湿式系统的其它组件，虽设置了几组报警阀，但由于其共用配水干管，报警阀前则无须设置环状管道。 总之，报警阀前设置环状供水管道的系统，如须设置减压阀时，宜在环状管道的两侧单独设置，一般可不设备用减压阀。(图1中过滤器的布置位置及方向与图2中止回阀的位置均不合理，合理布置见图3)当然在管理条件较好，能够保证减压阀组定期轮换工作的情况下，也可设备用减压阀。需要指出的是不得绕减压阀设旁通道。 3、结语 总上所述，笔者认为《喷规》9.3.5条第三款与10.1.4条应做适当改动，改动后的条文可合并为“当自动喷水灭火系统中有两个及以上报警阀组并联设置时，报警阀组前应设环状供水管道；当需设减压阀时，宜在环状管道的两侧单独设置，有条件时可设备用减压阀。”
