职位描述: 1.主要销售覆盖领域: (1)可替代能源和可再生能源,如风能,太阳能,或者其他的清洁能源; (2)大功率马达驱动在金属,造纸,化工厂,采矿,火车,船舶,港口机械,水处理,石油和天燃气等领域的应用。 2.通过销售商或直接销售来建立销售渠道 3.管理销售帐户和经销商 4.销售数据和市场竞争力分析 5.及时把顾客的回馈反映给市场部,研发部,制造部和营运部 6.及时提供月/季度/年 销售报告 7.定期拜访客户。发现市场的发展方向和客户的需求 8.组织客户活动,组织和参加展览会。 职位条件: 1.工程,市场营销,商务学士学位。电气工程硕士或以上学历优先; 2.在电力电子,可替代能源和可再生能源领域至少有4年销售或者市场营销的工作经验。在销售上有成功的范例。具备开拓大客户的能力; 3.做事主动,有计划,有条理,能很好的与研发部,市场部,制造部,项目管理和事业部合作。有很好的表达能力和处理人际关系的能力; 4. 有产品开发和市场背景者优先。 Job Description 1.Generate sales leads in the fields of: Alternative and renewable energy, such as wind power, solar power, electric vehicles, or other clean energy applications High power motor drive for metal, paper, chemical plants, mining, trains, marine time, port machineries, water, oil and gas, etc. 2.Establish sales channels through distributors or direct sales. 3.Manage sales accounts and distributors. 4.Perform sales data and competitive analysis. 5.Provide customer feedback to marketing, R&D, manufacturing, and business. 6.Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports in a timely manner. 7.Visit customers regularly. Identify market trend and customer needs. 8.Organize customer events. Organize and attend trade shows. Qualification 1.Batchelor degree in engineering/marketing/business fields required.MSEE or above a plus. 2.At least 4 years in sales/marketing role in power electronics industry, alternative and renewable energy area.Demonstrated track record of success in sales. Ability to develop and expand key accounts. 3.Must be a self-starter, highly organized, and able to work well with R&D, marketing, manufacturing, project management and business function in the organization. Good oral and written communication skills. Good presentation and interpersonal skills. Good people skills. 4.Background in product development and/or marketing a plus. |
