Main components for the generating sets
发电机：西门子、兰电等发电机绝缘等级不低于F级。
控制屏：普通陆用发电机组带控制屏。
并联功能：普通陆用发电机组能满足两台以上不停电符合转移，实现并车运行的要求。
保护功能：机组具有转速、机油压力、冷却水温、机油温度等越限报警功能。
Altemator: ximenzi and lanzhou generator with Finsulation grade.
Control Panel: There’s a control in normal land-use generating set.
Parallel function: Two and more normal generating sets can transfer
loading without stopping,and can realize parallel.
Protection function: There are over-limit alarming for speed,oil
pressure ,cool-watertemperature and oil temperature.
CW200系列陆用柴油发电机组是以CW200系列柴油机为动力、联轴节、三相无刷交流同步发电机和公共底座组成的柴油发电机组。按照国家标准《B2820工频柴油发电机组通用技术条件》的规定，并参照《IEC34-I 》国际电工委员会旋转电机标准，选配国内外优质发电机所生产的柴油发电机组。该系列机组具有调压精度高，动态性能好，电压波形畸变小，效率高，结构紧凑，维修方便，工作可靠，使用寿命长，经济性能好等特点。
CW200ZD系列柴油发电机组功率范围500-1250kW，并可由两台或两台以上机组组成电站，可在工厂、边远地区、资源开发基地等部门作为常用或备用电源。其中自动化机组可在医院、宾馆、贸易中心、计算中心、xx通讯设施、火车站、发电厂等部门作为应急或保安电源。

With the power range 500 to 1250kM,two or more than two CW200 generating sets can be combined to a power station.It can be used ad normal or stand-by electric power supply in foctory,remote ares and res ource development base,etc.the automatic generating sets can be used as emergency or protective power in hospital,hotel,trade center,computer center,military communication faclities,train station and power station.
说明：1.可根据用户订货提供水箱，配置强制循环闭式水冷机组。
2.根据用户需要制造自动化机组/自切换机组等特殊功能机组。
备用功率:指紧急状态时，机组在变动负荷工况下的连续运行功率，茨功率不允许超载；
持续功率：指变动负荷工况下连续运行功率，每12个小时允许1小时超载10%；本厂机组功率标定按持续功率标定。
Backup output: The gengrating set used as standby mode. Over -loading is not permitted at this mode.
Permanent output: The output at which the generating set runs continually under fluctuant load. Overload-ing of 10% is permitted for 1hour erery 12hours. Rated output of the generating set made in Weichai is same as the permanent output.
吊装要求：
吊装发动机组时，必须整体水平起吊移动，严禁倾斜起吊或拖动发电机组。
安装要求：
安装发电机组时，必须在机组金属公共底盘与地基平面之间加垫震胶垫，必要时可用薄铁片将震胶垫与公共底盘之间找平；
决不允许将发电机组带着包装底座加减震垫安装在地基上。开式循环冷却的机组，柴油机与进出水管之间必须使用胶管等软连接过渡，严禁使用钢管直接与柴油机进行刚性连接。
使用要求：
请仔细阅读发电机组随机资料，严格按照《柴油机使用保养说明书》,《发电机组使用保养说明书》等资料中规定的操作使用规范使用机器，以免出现人为操作因素造成机器损坏。
Hoisting requirement:
When generating set is hoisted, it should always be kept steadliy, Side hoisting, pulling and tilting hoisting are all strictly forbidden.
Installation requirement:
The generating set should be lied on shock absorbor.The base should be leveling and horizontal.It is forbidden to piace the generating set on the ite packing base.
Operetion requirement:
Carefulli read the delivery documents,operate the machine according to the rules in Operation and Maintenance Manual of Diesel Engine,and the Operation and Maintenance Manual of Generating Set,so to avoid manly damage for the engine.
基础技术要求：
1.与基础底部接触土层若为柔软层，应夯实并增加200mm厚石子层。
2.基础本身采用钢筋混凝土结构，混凝土标号不低于C15.在离四周向内壁100mm处布置钢筋。
3.安装机组的地脚螺栓选用M24。
4.200×150为二次浇铸孔。
5.基础上平面应找平。基础和二次浇铸孔不得有气孔。
6.若公共底座与基础间要安装减震器，则基础不需留两次浇铸孔，基础厚度可减半。
7.在基础的侧边，应设有一个污水坑，用以收集从柴油机上滴漏下来的油和水。
基础表面离地面的高度有两种形式：
{dy}种型式：基础表面沉入地面约600～800mm,基础四周留有约500～700mm的维修空间，采用支架铺花纹钢板或钢网板的方式。这种安装方式好处是机组的操作台面与地面平齐，操作、维修比较方便，机房高度可降低。
第二种型式：基础表面与地面平齐或高于地面，应在机组四周设计安装操作平台，操作平台高度1～1.2米。
Technical requirementa for base:
1.If the ground contacted with the base is soft,it should be tamped,and covered by 200mm thick gravel layer.
2.The base is of reinforced concrete with concrete structuer with concrete grade not less than C15 .Place around with steel reinforcements inward 100mmaway inner wall.
3.M24 anchor bolts are used to install generating set.
4.200×150 is for the second tapping hole.
5.The top face of bace should be fiat.There should not be air hoie in base and tapping hole.
6.If a shock absorber is installed between the base and frame foundation,the second tapping holes aren’t，needed,and the thickness of base of base could be reduced by half.
7.There should be a sump beside the base to collect the oil and water dropped form engine.
The height of base above the ground has two types:
The frist type: The top face of base settle down into ground 600～800mm depth,and 500～700mm service clearance is left around the base.Brackets with checkered steel piate are adopts on the service clearance.its advantage is that advantage is that the operator could or maintain the generating set easily and the height of generating set room could be reduced since the control platform is level with ground.
The second typ：The top face of base is level with or higher than the ground.So a control platporn should be set around the generating set .The height of platform is1～1.2m.
