In 1958, China Resources invested China Merchandise Corp and entered retail trade.

1959年,中艺在香港成立。

2004年12月,xxOle' 店在深圳华润万象城开业。

In December, 2004, first Ole’ store was opened for business in CRVanguard city in Shenzhen.

2008年 8月,Ole' G2旗舰店在深圳益田假日广场开业。

In August, 2008, Ole’ G2 flagship was opened for business in Yitian holiday square in Shenzhen.

华润堂的前身为华润百货成药部,1996年以“中国成药专门店”的名字进入香港成药市场,2000年易名为华润堂,为顾客提供燕窝、虫草等参茸补品,健康食品,维他命和矿物质等补充剂,中西成药和个人护理品。

截止2009年,华润堂在香港和内地已拥有46家门店。

The predecessor of CRCare is China Resources Medicine Department, in 1996, with its name “Chinese Medicine Special Store”, it entered the medicine market of Hongkong. In 2000, it changed its name into CRCare and provided customers with bird’s nest, worm grass, ginseng and pilose antler medicines, healthy foods, food supplements (such as vitamin, mineral substances and so on), Chinese and western medicines, personal cares and so on.

Up to 2009, the amount of CRCare stores has reached 46 stores in Hongkong and Mainland.

CRVanguard possesses six large-scale Distribution Centers, which are distributed in six cities, including Shenzhen, Hongkong, Suzhou, Nanjing, Tianjin and Xian. With a total area of over 100,000 square meters, the amount of total investment reaching 400 million RMB, Distribution Centers are equipped with advanced information systems and logistics equipments, supporting the distribution businesses of supermarkets of different types in China.

China Resources Logistics

Founded in Hongkong in 1948, China Resources Logistics sticks to the development orientation of taking storage and dispatching as its main businesses and possesses many wholly-owned subsidiaries which have First class agency qualifications of international freight and qualifications of non-vessel operation carrier.

In Hongkong, China Resources Logistics manages four pure dry storages, two refrigeration stores, a multi-role dock, a container trailer team, a delivery motorcade and provides storage distribution center management, supply chain management, freighter and container midstream task services. In mainland China, China Resources Logistics mainly operates complex logistics service, freight house, freight transport, sales and distribution of fast moving consumer goods and industrial products, logistics management service.

From 2005 to 2009, Prime minister Wen Jiabao had inspected CRVanguard and China Resources Suguo for four times successively, praising the development mode of CRVanguard and China Resources Suguo and placing deep expectations on CRVanguard. He said that CRVanguard was a national self-owned brand, we expected that the company could become greater and stronger so as to satisfy the needs of people’s daily life.
