我只画了控制回路,主回路很简单,三相电源依次经过主开关,保险,交流接触器主触头,热继电器主触头,电动机。
FU为保险。SB1,SB2为组合按钮在甲地。SB3,SB4为另一组合按钮在乙地。KM为交流接触器线圈。KM1为交流接触器常开触点。FR为热继电器常闭触点。

一将电源换成单相380伏电源.(因为交流接触器的线包是380伏的电源)
二.将灯泡换成三相交流接触器的线包.(三相触点当然是控制电机的了).
这样就可以在两地随意控制三相电机了.(不过你的电机要是太大.需要补偿器操作就不行了.对于一般电机是没有问题的).
