China PVC Market Price (16 April 2010)
A trader reported announcing their May offers at levels equal to April prices. According to him, most producers hold a cautious view on business, pointing to the sluggish demand from the Chinese market but they do not want to cut their offers considering their high costs and limited supplies. The seller is currently negotiating with their customers.
