2、工作原理

核桃壳过器是一种适应油田及其它含油污水处理的新型过滤设备。该产品采用具有较强吸附能力、抗压能力强、化学性能稳定、硬度高耐磨性好、亲水性好、抗油浸并经特殊加工的核桃壳为滤料介质，与其它滤料相比，其{zd0}特点是滤料反洗再生方便，反冲洗强度低，效果好。无需借助气源和化学剂，运行成本低，管理方便，该设备可根据水质要求，采取单级或者组合使用。

2. Principle of operation

Walnut shell filter is new type filter equipment that suits oil field and other oily water treatment. The product adopts nutshell as the filtering medium which is of strong adsorptive capacity, strong resist compression, stable chemical property, good rigidity and high-wearing feature, good hydrophilicity oil immersion resistance and special processing, compared with other filtering medium, its dominant feature is that filtering medium is easy for backwash and reproduce, the back flush strength is low and the effect is good. It does not have to depend on the air supply and chemical agent, its running cost is low, and it is easy to manage, the equipment adopts single stage or combination use according to the water quality requirement. 

3、设备主要结构

HL型核桃壳过滤器采用立式圆柱型结构，主要由过滤器本体、电机减速机、支架、机械密封装置、搅拌机等组成。在过滤器的上部装有电机减速机及支架来支撑搅拌装置，过滤器内部装有搅拌机、核桃壳滤料。

3. Main structure of the equipment

HL type nutshell filter adopts vertical type column structure; it is mainly composed of filter body motor reducer, support, mechanical sealing device, and agitator and so on. There is a motor reducer and support frame on the filter top to support the stirring device, inside the filter there are the stirring machine and nutshell filtering medium.

The nutshell filter our company produced and supplied has been optimized and improved, compared with products of our counterparts; it has the following special features: 

（1）、高强度排水帽

过滤器内部的下布集水装置，采用多孔布水滤板的形式，并采用高强度不锈钢排水帽均匀布置在多孔滤板上。具有强度高，过滤效果好不易堵塞等特点。而一般过滤器极易发生由于搅拌机的冲洗搅拌而造成排水帽的断裂而泄漏滤料等缺点。

（1）High strength drain cap

There is water collecting equipment under the filter interior, adopting multi-hole water distribution filter plate form and high strength stainless steel drain cap arranged evenly on the porous block. It has the features of high strength, good filtering ability, smoothness and so on. For common filters, they are easy to cause the drain cap rupture due to flush and stirring of the stirring machine which results in filtering medium leak, and so on other defects. 

（2）、梯形绕丝栅管布水器

过滤器内上部采用了梯形绕丝栅管的分布水器，具有布水均匀，机械强度好。而一般过滤器采用普通滤网或多孔管外包滤网，极易发生滤网的破裂，而影响正常使用。

（2）. Water distribution device of trapezia wire winding bank tube

The filter interior top adopts water distribution device of trapezia wire winding bank tube type, it is of uniformity of water distribution and good mechanical strength. Whereas common filters adopt common sieve or antipriming pipe outer packing sieve, which is easy to cause sieve rupture and thus affect normal use. 

（3）、框式搅拌装置

对于核桃壳过滤器，反冲清洗的好坏是直接关系到过滤除油效果及出水浊度的好坏。所以本公司经过多年的实践经验，将机械搅拌装置进行了改进，由原有一般厂家所用的框式搅拌装置，改为框式搅拌装置，改变了原有的清洗时间长、清洗不彻底状况。使过滤使用周期明显增长，产水量增大的特点。

（3）. Frame type stirring device

For nutshell filter, the backflush cleaning is directly related to the filtration effect and effluent water cloudiness. So, through years of practice, our company has improved the mechanical stirring device, we transformed the common frame type stirring device, the condition of long cleaning time  and inexhaustive cleaning have been totally changed. The service cycle of the filter has been obviously lengthened, and the water yield has increased. 

（4）、双层的耐压密封装置

由于核桃壳过滤器使用了机械搅拌装置，而且是安装在过滤器上部的封头上，所以，在正常运行及反冲洗时搅拌装置的耐压密封问题是过滤器的关键部分，在过滤器反冲洗时，由于滤料间的冲洗碰撞会造成滤料的磨损并会产生细小颗粒，可能会随着反冲洗的水流压入机械密封装置中，经过长时间的运行，即会造成机械密封的渗漏，耐压下降，影响使用过滤器正常运行使用。所以本公司生产的过滤器采用了双层的耐压密封装置，这样既挡住了细小颗粒渗入，又更好地保证了过滤器耐压及正常使用。减少维护费用，使用效果更佳。

（4）. Double-deck pressure resistant sealing device

Due to the fact that the nutshell filter has adopted mechanical stirring device, which is installed on the filter top shell cover, therefore, the pressure resistance and the sealing of the stirring device during back flush under normal running is crucial; during the filter back flush, the flush collision between the filtering medium will cause abrasion and fine particle will be generate, which is likely to be pressed into the mechanical sealing device along with the back flush current,  after a long time running, namely causing the mechanical sealing leakage and fall of pressure resistance, and affect normal operation of the filter. Therefore, the filter produced by our company adopts double-deck pressure resistance sealing device, it can well prevent the infiltration of the fine particles, and guarantee the pressure resistance and normal use of the filter. The maintenance cost is reduced while the effect is better.

适用于各种水处理工程中投加混凝剂、絮凝剂、稳定剂、阻垢剂、消毒剂、酸碱等；冷却水、循环水中投加阻垢剂等；化工、印染中，投加酸、碱液与其他溶液。
