各类电磁阀及磁珠液位计的技术研讨

一、各类电磁阀 电磁阀有电磁配压,电磁空气阀,不锈钢电磁阀等,分别为二位二通,二位三通,二位四通的换向阀,可用于控制油,水,气管系的换通断。 此类阀是采用带有辅助接点,可自动断电的直流或交流电磁铁来控制阀位,除DKF型不锈钢电磁空气阀为单线圈长时通电外,其余均采用双线圈短时通电制。对于长时通电的电磁铁线圈,由两组线圈组成,一组供动作用,一组供维持用,这样在不降低吸力的情况下,可降低线圈的温升,短时通电制的线圈,按长时通电制设计,安全度高,寿命长。 电磁阀采用直流电源供电时,必须按说明书图中“+”“一”极按线,否则线圈通电产生的磁场,将对动作接点的磁钢有所干扰,影响接点的正确动作。 二、磁珠液位计 磁珠液位计由液位计和供发讯用的磁记忆开关两部分构成,液位计中有磁浮子在连通管中上、下浮动,浮子内磁钢的位置正好与液面相对应,它与紧贴连通管的磁珠产生磁耦合,磁珠始终跟随磁浮子,因此,磁珠所处的位置也就反映了容器内的实际液位。 磁记忆开关固定在连通管的管壁上,磁浮子上升,达到整定位置时,上开关动作,即使磁浮子继续上升,远离开关,开关仍处于记忆状态;磁浮子下降时,首先上开关释放,随着降至下限整定位置时,下开关动作,并使下开关记忆。 磁记忆开关具有记忆功能,接点的运输事与动断状态应在接线前加以分辨,因为在运输过程或其他原因,可能赞成磁记忆开关接点错乱,帮在接线前,要用磁钢在连通管外上、下接动浮子,模拟全范围动作一次,使磁记忆开关接点状态恢复正常。然后再接线,投入正常使用。 磁浮子采用均压结构,因此磁珠液位计可使用于高压容器的液位测量及控制。但在使用中应注意: 磁浮子使用中通气管应朝上,不能倒塌置使用,否则先去了均压效能。 液位计(包括连通管及磁浮子)在出厂前均已做完水压试验,因此在现场不要重复进行水压试验,以免在急剧升压或急剧放压过程中损坏磁浮子。 磁珠液位计如用截止阀与压力窗口连接,压力容器升压前,应事先打开截止阀,防止压力容器升压后,再突然开阀,造致连通管内急剧升压损坏磁浮子。 在磁珠液位计的连通直接加上变送器,可发出DC4~20mA的标准信号,其分辨率为7mm,可供用户微机系统使用。
