摘要
随着当今世界科学技术的突飞猛进,电气自动化技术也日趋完善和优化,其中可编程控制器越来越广泛地应用在生产中,极大地提高了人类生活和生产的自动化程度,在社会的发展和人类的进步中起到了积极的作用。改革开放以来,我国经济建设高速发展,综合国力不断增强,国家对基础设施建设的投资力度加大,拉动了城市预拌商品混凝土的高速发展,同时,使混凝土搅拌站有了较大的发展空间。
随着许多大型的基础工程及建筑工程相继开工,建设优质的工程需要高品质的混凝土,而且随着人们环保意识得加强,为了减少噪音和污染,交通和建筑管理部门要求施工用得混凝土集中生产和管理,这样,不仅要求混凝土得配料精度高,而且要求生产速度快,因此,混凝土生产过程中搅拌设备自动控制系统日益受到人们的重视。可编程控制器(PLC)具有可靠性高、功能完善、编程简单且直观,能够有效地弥补继电器控制系统得缺陷。
本文介绍的混凝土搅拌站自动化控制系统,此系统以工控机为上位机,PLC为下位机,根据混凝土搅拌站的工艺流程,进行PLC系统的设计,并采用力控5.0组态软件,设计一组系统画面、报表、重量曲线和其它功能窗口等动静态界面。

Abstract
