摘 要 开关电源技术运用功率变换器进行电能变换,经过变换电能,可以满足各种用电要求。由于其高效节能可带来巨大经济效益,因而引起社会各方面的重视而得到迅速推广。本系统是以单片机C8051F020为控制核心,利用脉宽调制集成电路UC3843设计了单端反激式开关稳压电源。系统由单片机控制,具有键盘设定、步进、液晶显示测量值等功能。创新之处为本系统采用储能电感替xx关变压器,从而使得电路实现变得简单,输出电压调整范围较宽,输出电压从30-36V可调,{zd0}输出电流大于2A,纹波电压峰峰值小于0.9V,且电源效率可达到80%。 关键词:升压型;开关电源;电路设计;脉冲宽度调制
Abstract Switching power supply techniques which transform the electrical energy using the power converter,can meet the various electricity requirements,after transform the electrical energy. high efficiency and energy saving can brings tremendous economic benefits, so that it caused all sectors of society’s attention and is promoted rapidly.The system’s control core is C8051F020, using PWM IC design of the UC3843 single-ended flyback switching power supply. It’s controlled by SCM, and to have a keyboard settings, step, liquid crystal display measurements, and other functions. Innovation system is switching to alternative energy storage inductor circuit transformer to achieve simple, The output voltage adjustment range becomes wilder from30-36V.The maximum output current is greater than 2 A,and ripple-peak voltage less than 0.9 V, and power efficiency is up to 80 percent.
