Technoseal is a revolutionary new Quadruple-coating process. This process involves mechanical bonding to a high tensile case harden heat treated fastener, a ZINC-TIN ALLOY inner layer under a fusion bonded polymeric nanocomposite outer layer. These Quadruple layers serve as a redundant and powerful barrier system against corrosion.

Technoseal 是一种革命性的新型四层涂层处理工艺。此处理工艺在高张力表面硬化热处理紧固件的表面使用机械喷镀粘合,在熔融涂敷的聚合物纳米外层下面涂有一层锌-锡合金内层。这四层涂层具有强大的屏蔽防腐蚀作用,用于紧固件防腐绰绰有余。

Mechanical bonding do not involve hydrogen embrittlement which  IS A PHENOMENON THAT OCCURS WHEN FREE HYDROGEN FROM THE ENVIROMENT IS ABSORP DURING PICKLING OR ELECTROPLATING CAN PENETRATE THE STRUCTURE OF THE STEEL AND CAUSE FAILURE EVEN AT RELATIVELY LOW TENSILE AND BENDING STRESS

 

机械粘合不会存在氢脆变问题。氢脆变是指环境中的游离氢在浸酸或电镀过程中被吸收,之后,即使在相对较低的张力和弯曲应力的作用下,这些氢也会穿透钢铁结构,造成废件。

Technoseal outer layer acts as a first line of defense. If the fusion bonded polymeric nanocomposite outer layer is damaged through handling or placement, the zinc-tin alloy inner layer provides sacrificial galvanic protection against corrosion. If the damaged area to the outer layer is larger, Technoseal’s  zinc-tin alloy inner layer prevents sideways creep, localizing any corrosion.

Technoseal外层起到{dy}道防线的作用。如果熔融粘合的聚合物纳米外层在装运或存放过程中遭到破坏,锌-锡合金内层将提供牺牲阴极防腐保护。如果外层的破损面积较大,Technoseal-锡合金内涂层将防止破损区域进一步扩大并将腐蚀控制在这一局部破损区域。
