如果你在tor的日志中发现上面的错误，可能的原因是ISP屏蔽了知名的tor中继。但是，还有未列在公共目录中的大量tor中继，叫做网桥。

1. 发送主题和内容为”get bridges”的邮件至bridges@torproject.org
2. 回复邮件中会包含三个网桥的ip:port地址
3. 在/etc/tor/torrc中添加这三个地址（方法参见tor手册页中关于UseBridge和Bridge参数的说明）
4. 重启tor服务
