Recently, the H1N1 has been spreading rapidly worldwide. In order to prevent the virus spreading in our school, the Students’ Union has made a list of do’s and don’ts as follows. First, we should pay attention to our personal and public hygiene: frequently wash our hands using soap and clean water; avoid going to crowded places as much as possible and don’t throw litter about. Second, although we are busy with our studies, we must have enough sleep and spare some time to take exercise, which, as we know, helps to improve our immune system. Third, we should try to ease our academic and psychological stress. At the same time, check that we take enough nutrition, which will also increase our disease-resistant levels. Hopefully, every student will have a sound body, especially at this critical stage. |
