职位描述/要求：

Job Description:
Identified Sourcing” Work:
Potential Saving as been identified by GP department
Work on the needs analysis with related department
Responsible for the preparation and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Identification of potential suppliers and launch of the bidding process
Negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries and services with suppliers sub-contractors assigned.
Analysis of the feedback from potential suppliers
Selection of the partner
Finalization of the contract with user department
Ensure competent quality execution of all regular purchasing duties and administrative works.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
Handling and monitoring of claims to factories and vendors for defectives, shortage, missing parts.
Assist in managing and following up overseas orders.
Maintain complete updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the system.
Prepare reports and summarize data.
Coordinate with user departments and suppliers in the purchasing scope of work for projects assigned.

“Support Sourcing” Work:
GP Department support is required by one Department for a specific sourcing need
GP Department accompany the Department in its process
Support relevant departments with quotations for the purpose of tenders.
Method is comparable to Identified Sourcing

Post-Sourcing Services:
Regular update of the negotiated terms and contract follow-up
Support to the department in management with new suppliers
Analysis on the savings generated by one sourcing mission
Schedule store visits and conduct competitor survey.
Other related/relevant tasks requested by general purchasing supervisor
Job Requirement:
1. College or Bachelor degree.
2. Minimum 1 years of industrial / engineering purchasing experience.
3. Working knowledge in project scheduling, purchasing, shipping Inco terms and processes.
4. Proficient in MS Office.
5. Good team player with integrity, interpersonal, organization and time management skills.
6. Fluent in French and Mandarin
7. Work well under pressure and able to work independently.
8. Good in writing, documentation, coordination and analytical skills.
