1. System Validation Engineer

Job Description
The Application Processor Group is looking for a qualified engineer to develop
, debug and execute validation testing on new, leading edge applications proce
ssors targeted at mobile computing, smart phones and intelligent handheld devi
ces. The candidate should be proficient in C/C++, Linux and embedded software
development. Knowledge of microprocessor architecture (preferably ARM) or com
puter systems is a plus. Hands on debug skills with system boards and ARM proc
essors is a plus.
Qualification:
1. Recent college graduate with an MSEE from the top 5% universities and upper
5% percentile of class.
2. This person should have Linux and C++ software skills, with knowledge of em
bedded software development and microprocessor architecture (preferably ARM).
3. Hands on experience with software, board and or silicon hardware debug is a
plus.
4. The candidate needs to be able to travel to the US, possibly relocate for u
p to 6mos. Fluent in English and good communication skills
