  这又是一道新菜,最近是尝鲜尝上瘾了.
这边的人们似乎对蘑菇还是相当感兴趣的.Geo刚来中国之初,对蘑菇的钟爱确实让我小吃一惊,每次下馆子自己居然都会点上炖蘑菇之类的,有时候是干锅,里面什么菌类的都有
  • Remove stems from mushrooms and chop stems finely.Remove rind from bacon.Chop bacon.
  • Heat butter in a frying pan.Add onion,mushroom stems and bacon.Cook until onion is clear.
  • Remove from heat.Add breadcrumbs,salt and pepper to taste.Mix until well combined
  • Brush outside of mushroom caps with melted butter.Grill the butter side for 2mins
  • Turn over and spoon crumb mixture into mushroom cavities.Grill until filling is golden.Sever hot.
