2003年，一首“就不接电话”作为彩铃风靡一时。这首作者名字标着“佚名”的歌曲却是通过xxxx软件下载而得到的。xx他人声音并获取非法收益，TOM网是我所知的{dy}家这样操作的网站！以至于后来，TOM网被电信整顿，原因之一便是非法窃取他人声音并牟利。另外一个原因是TOM的SKYPE触动了中国情报部门的神经。

In 2003, a song named "won't pick up your phone" as the music ringing on cell phones was popular in public. The song which with an anonymous author was down by spy softwares on my cell phone.

As I know, TOM net was the first one to steal others's voices and through series of ways to get illegal profits, like transfer the voices into music ringings for cell phones.

Therefore, TOM was punished by China Telecom Administration, one of the reasons was herein before, and the other reason was that its SKYPE project touched the sensative nerve of the Chinese Info Administration.
