材        质： 1、锻打 M2 (6542)、W18，W9 等高性能高速钢。

                  2、锻打 M42、M35钴系列超硬高性能高速钢。

                  3、硬质合金（钨钢）。

用       途：主要用于钢，铁，铜，铝等中硬以下金属材料窄而深的槽加工或切断。也可用于非金属的铣削加工。超硬材料、硬质合金锯片主要用于难切削材料(耐热钢，不锈钢等高强度钢)的铣削加工。

注：可根据客户的需要定做所需外径、内孔、厚度、齿数及外表涂层的不同处理。我厂的高速钢经高温锻打，高精度控制淬火处理，硬度更高，耐磨更好，综合性能更好。

Application: Are mainly used to chamfer and cut-off medium hard metal such as steel, iron, copper and aluminium. Super hard HSS and hard alloy metal saws are suitable for some materials which are hard to cut-off, such as heat resistant steel and stainless steel.

Note: We could provide products according to customer’s requirements. The HSS we used is high temperature forged and quenched, so it has better hardness, abrasion performance and combination property
