Three-head faced use sanding machine

-此机在三头合板砂光机的基础上改#1砂光头为25度橡胶砂光轮，抛光用。
-改#2砂光头为一支75度小砂光轮加一支隋轮加海棉垫，去毛刺用。
-改#3砂光头为一支75度小砂光轮加一支隋轮加海棉垫，磨光用。
-三支PU轮底下加气缸，可以有效防止贴面板砂窗。
-传动采用7.5Kw×4P×1:11摆线针轮减速马达配合变频器，每分钟传动可跑0-140米。

-Based on three-head plywood sanding machine. Sanding head #1 changed to 25-degee rubber sanding wheel for polishing.

-Sanding head #2 changed to a small 75-degree sanding wheel plus an idler pulley, and a sponge cushion for chip removing.

-Sanding head #3 changed to a small 75-degree sanding wheel plus an idler pulley, and a sponge cushion for grinding.
-Cylinder fitted under three PU wheels to prevent veneer window sanding
- Cycloidal needle wheel speed-down motor 7.5Kwх4Pх1:11, with transducer, running  between 0-140m per minute.
