摘 要

本次设计从CPU散热片这个实际零件出发,对其进行了工艺分析及模具设计。设计依据零件图所提供的数据信息,对其进行工艺分析,制定了工艺方案,提出了较为合理的成形方法—冷锻,此外还包括落料、切边等辅助工序。在这次设计中设计了两套模具:落料模和锻压成形模。设计说明书详细地阐述了模具设计的整个过程,包括各种力的计算、机床的选择、主要零部件的设计等。针对落料时,板料很薄,废料会随凸模一起上升的情况,设计了可以防止跳屑的凸模。锻压成形模主要是要保证里面的平面是1.5mm的高度,还得保证平面度。在模具闭合的过程中凸模2先下降压边,然后凸模1下行成形所需的平面。这套模具设计的另一个关键是弹簧的选择,弹簧在此起到保压、压边及卸料的作用。此外,为了便于修模还采用了快拆结构。

This design embarks from CPU radiator fin this actual components , has carried on the craft analysis and the mold design to it. The design basis detail drawing provides the data message, carries on the craft analysis to it, has formulated the craft plan, proposed the more reasonable formed method - cold forging, also includes falls the material, the cutting edge and some auxiliary working procedure. Two sets of molds are designed in this design: cut die and forging and stamping molding machine. This article in detail elaborates the entire mold designs process, including each kind of stress computation, choice of the press machine, main spare part design and so on. In view of when falls the material, the sheet is very thin, the waste material can rises together along with the raised mold, designed has been possible to prevent jumped the filings raised mold. The forging and stamping molding machine mainly is must inside guarantee the plane is the 1.5mm altitude, but also must guarantee flatness. The raised mold 2 drops first side the mold closed process presses, then the raised mold 1 line of forming needs plane. Side this set of mold designs another key is the spring choice, the spring to guarantees in this presses, presses and the ex-denning function. In addition, in order to be advantageous for repairs the mold also to use has opened the structure quickly.
