联合国开发计划署南南合作特设局在2010上海世博联合国馆里展出一系列多媒体装置，这也是南半球创意经济发展项目的一部分。创意走廊将描绘创意密集活动产生的相关价值以及这些活动在社会和经济发展中发挥的作用。

　　创意走廊包括3个部分：

　　第三部分(互动参与)：参观者可以在"自助照相馆"中照相留念，并制作个性化明信片。这些明信片将可以稍后从网站上下载。

　　The Special Unit for South-South Cooperation is promoting and hosting a multi-media installation, the Creative Corridor, presented at the UN pavilion during the Shanghai World Expo 2010, as part of its Global South Creative Economy for Development programme. The Creative Corridor will depict the relevant value produced by creativity-intensive activities and the role these activities play in social and economic development.

　　The Corridor is composed of three segments:
　　"Segment One (emotion): Celebrating Creativity, abstract celebration with sound of the 13 segments of the creative Economy.
　　"Segment Two (information): How to?: How Creative Economy can be capitalized as a tool for development. Sharing success stories. We are opening featuring two cases and others are on production and will start to be featured in the next few weeks. We aim for 26 different cases till the end of the EXPO.
　　"Segment Three (participation): Photo booth where visitors can take their pictures on a creative postcard, which can be downloaded latter on by visitors.

　　The Special Unit for South-South Cooperation launched the Creative Economy for Development Programme to support and assist developing countries to capitalize on their creative assets as a means to achieve sustainable development. The Global South Creative Economy Expo at the Shanghai World Expo will advance this mission by providing an opportunity for the Global South to share knowledge, innovative solutions, and demonstrated results produced by creative industries.

　　There is a great need to document and convey the far-reaching scope of the value generated by creative economy. It is through the depiction of the value chain that we are able to get an accurate characterization of the all-encompassing value produced by creative activities. The Corridor will play an integral role in the knowledge sharing component of the Global South Creative Economy Expo.

职位描述：

　　工作范围

　　在南南合作特设局项目与知识管理处处长的领导下，多媒体及信息技术操作员需要确保联合国馆创意走廊的正常运行。多媒体及信息技术操作员将：
　　1.保证创意走廊每天正常运行。
　　2.创意走廊中电脑、输出/输入设备、视频、媒体播放器、音频、灯光设备和软件的安装、配置及故障排除。
　　3.恰当使用技术，确保正确运行并满足服务需求。
　　4.创意走廊中基本硬件修理和故障排除，包括电脑系统和电子设备。
　　5.与同事和其他合作单位进行团队合作。
　　6.清晰表达所有的需求，操作指令和决定，并满足参观者的沟通需求。
　　7.执行并协助归档设备的正确使用和IT系统策略。

　　协议条款：
　　1.多媒体及信息技术操作员将由联合国项目服务厅通过透明公开的程序进行招募。
　　2.合同期为4个月。月薪不低于5500人民币/月。
　　3.工作时间：早8：00-15：00/15：00-22：00(轮班制)节假日实行做一休一
　　4.欢迎没有课程及科研任务、能够严格保证工作时间的在校生。
　　B.Scope of work
　　Under the supervision of the chief for Knowledge management and Programme, the Multimedia & IT operator ensures the effective and efficient of functioning of the Creative Corridor in UN pavilion. The Multimedia & IT operator will:

　　Provide support for high-standard daily operation of the Creative Corridor.
　　Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting in all computers, I/O devices, video, media players, audio and lighting equipments and software existent in the creative corridor.
　　Make best use of technology, ensuring correct operation and compliance with service requirements.
　　Repairing and troubleshooting basic hardware issues at the creative corridor, including computer system and electronic equipments.
　　Work co-operatively with colleagues, partners and other individuals and agencies to support the achievement of Creative Corridor.
　　Communicate all needs, instructions and decisions clearly. Adapts the style of communication to meet the needs of the audience.
　　Implement and help document the IT System Policy for an appropriate use of the equipments.

　　C.Terms of Agreement:
　　The Multimedia & IT operator will be recruited by UNOPS through a transparent and open process. The Multimedia & IT operator will be funded through the budget of the Creative Economy for Development Programme. The duration of contract will be 4 months.

　　教育背景：候选人须有本科以上学历。有多媒体技术、电脑科学、信息技术、通信技术、电子工程、软件工程或相关学科的本科学位者优先录用。

　　能力：

　　4.对于网络协议、局域网硬件软件配置的知识和技能。
　　5.电脑硬件、软件配置的知识和技能。
　　6.团队合作精神和人际沟通技巧。
　　7.为所有电脑设备和软件制作并维护目录清单。
　　8.保存文件，包括 IT设备，系统配置及所有配件。
　　候选人如中英文流利则优先录用。

　　1.Education: Candidates will ideally have University degree in multimedia technology, computer science, communication technology, information science, information system, electronic engineering, software engineering, software engineering, civil engineering or a related discipline.

　　2.Work Experience: Hand-on experience with multimedia, IT and Computer Network required. Experience in film, advertising, exhibition, media or other relevant field preferred.

　　3.Competency：
　　Hands-on experience of computers, videos, light, sound equipment are essential.
　　Understanding of digital imagery, audio enhancement techniques and equipment.
　　Strong analytical and diagnostics skills required.
　　Knowledge of Network Protocols, LAN hardware and software configuration.
　　Excellent knowledge of PC hardware and software configurations.
　　Strong team work and interpersonal communication skill
　　Prepare and maintain a comprehensive inventory of all computer, devices and software existent
　　Maintain proper documentation of all IT equipment including; system profiles, warranties and IT stock/accessories.
　　4.Ideally candidate will be fluent in both Chinese and English.
