Key Responsibilities

3. Ensuring compliance to corporate policies, processes and standards
4. Maintaining and enhancing applications and software per specific client-contractual norms
Key Requirements
1. Graduate degree in Bachelor or above
2.  At least 3 years experience of which 1 year or above in software development
3. Understanding of banking domain
4.  Awareness of basic programming concepts
5. Should have experience on Web application
6. Can work with at least one program language (Java/C/PLSQL/JSP/Dot Net/Mainframe, etc)
7. Team player and fast learner


Role:2  Senior Technical Specialist
Degree Qualification：BS or above in CS or related
Expected Experience：6+ year software working experience
Technical Skills：
1. Java/J2EE
2. Swing
3. OOAD & UML Concepts
4. Design Tools such as Rational Software Architect
5. Open Source Frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, JSF
Language Skills：
Good written and oral communication skill in both English and Chinese
Detail Job Description：
1. Ability to conceptualize and design
2. Mentor project teams on technical issues resolution
3. Conduct Proof of Concepts, design validations
4. Code Reviews from completeness, Performance, Scalability issues identification perspective

Role 3: JAVA PM ( URGENT!!)
8 years+ experience, more than 4 years management experience

Role,4: Java / J2EE Project Leader
Key Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the full lifecycle of project including BA, HLD, LLD, Coding, Testing and
    Deployment
2. Execute the project based on Infosys and CMMI quality process guidelines
3. TL will assume ownership for client communications. Role requires interaction with
    International clientele and achieving Customer Satisfaction
Key Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science and related major.
2. CET4 above
3. 2 years of experience in J2EE platform (PL should be above 5 years) is a must
4. The ability to quickly learn and gain an in-depth understanding of the Domain and the
    associated processes
5. Good Communication Skills both in written and spoken, ability to communicate with
    international customer directly would be a plus
6. Good team player

Role，5：Technical Architect
Degree Qualification：BS or above in CS or related
Expected Experience：8+ year software working experience
Technical Skills：
1. Java/J2EE
2. Swing
3. OOAD & UML Concepts
4. Design Tools such as Rational Software Architect
