SPINDLE ORIENTATION
1. Start M19 in MDI mode to orient the spindle.
2. Set a test indicator on the table and apply the probe of the indicator to side of one spindle drive key. Here, set the indicator reading at 0.
3. Move the Y axis mechanism with the manual pulse handle and apply the probe to the side of the other spindle drive key.
4. Convert a half of the reading amount indicated on the tester into the a spindle pulse value, and set this value into the spindle position shift parameter No.4031. Parameter setting value: 1 pulse =about 0.04 mm (0.002 in.)
5. Then, orient the spindle in MDI mode again and measure the parallelism of the two drive keys.
Allowance: 0.05 mm (0.002 in.)
主轴定向
1. 先在MDI模式下输入M19使主轴定向
2.架一千分表在工作台上并且是表针靠到主轴定位键上,调整表针指向0
3.使用手轮移动Y轴查看表针的变化数值
4. 读取表针在主轴定位键上全程的变化量,并且设置参数4031.一个脉冲大约等于0.004MM
5然后,再次在MDI模式定向主轴并且检查主轴定位键的平行度.
误差范围在0.05MM以内
调整好即可使用了.
