PEI常见问题

1.PEI塑料对成型加工设备有何要求?

答:聚醚酰亞胺PEI流动性较好。它具有低熔融粘度和好的流动性, 可用典型的热塑性塑料熔融加工工艺和设备制造成型件。但由于PEI成型加工条件较高,故对提供较高要求(330℃-380℃)。

2.PEI塑料制品较脆主要是什么原因?

答:聚醚酰亞胺PEI为非结晶材料,故表现出良好的韧性;一般来说一些客户反馈制品较脆主要是由于成型过程中,故发脆的制品总是伴随着制品表面出现银纹。

3.PEI塑料制品表面为什么出现明显的银纹?

答:PEI制品表面出现银纹可能一些客户会认为是PEI材料没有烘干,故长时间烘料。而根据我们的经验,PEI塑料(无论新料还是回料)一般烘150℃/5小时左右即可。制品表面出现银纹主要是由于PEI材料加工温度过高出现分子链。这一点可以通过对空射胶来判断和体现。

4.PEI塑料制品有时出现不易射满,射满又出现,一般该如何解决?

答:PEI塑料虽然流动性较好,但该材料成型有一个比较独特的特点:。故需要在模具设计和调整注塑成型工艺时充分考虑到PEI塑料这一特点(正是PEI成型制品冷凝特别快,所以PEI制品很少出现缩痕明显的情况)。一些客户为了注满模腔,于是开始提高料温从而导致材料降解(为敏感)制品表面出现银纹。

具体解决方法:① 提高模具温度,使制品缓慢冷凝;② 改进模具流道,确保融体快速均匀注入模具型腔;

5.PEI塑料优越性能主要表现在哪几个方面?

答:① PEI材料, 介质损耗因数较低, 且其电气性能随温度升高变化很小, 特别是高温下的介电常数较低, 是较理想的电子电气绝缘材料。 ② PEI 的力学性能优良, 室温下有较高的拉伸强度和弯曲强度, 高温下;③相对其他聚酰亚胺材料如PI、PAI等)来讲,ULTEM PEI价格相对低得多,表现出良好的xxx;④ ULTEM PEI材料表现出良好的(当然电镀性能好坏还与制品的成型质量有很大关系);

6.PEI塑料制品正常的外观应该如何?

答:正常来说PEI制品表面光滑、无银纹、银丝
