去年我国加大了核电领域投资力度,投资576.3亿元用于核电基本建设。国内11台总装机容量达908万千瓦,在役核电机组继续保持安全稳定运行,全年累计发电量692.63亿千瓦时。而在核电安全运行中,核电阀门是重要组成部分,在核电站中是使用数量较多的介质输送控制设备,核电阀门国产化生产再次引起关注。现有的EJ、GB、按ASME、RCC-M标准将补充完善,符合国情,提高可操作性,以利于国内核电阀门在设计、选材制造、检验等各个环节上能够达到国产化。同时,整合国内阀门行业核电阀门的实验、检测和鉴定的设备和能力,资源共享,避免重复投资重复建设,加快核电阀门的研制速度。并且进行核安全意识方面的职工教育和培训,加强核电阀门的设计、制造全过程的质量管理,提高管理水平。
