	软件技艺宣言介绍在2008年12月，在芝加哥举行了一次聚会，起草了软件技艺宣言，领头人是Bob大叔（Robert C. Martin）。http://manifesto.softwarecraftsmanship.org 得到了建立，现在的《软件技艺宣言》发布在上面。并且联署签名的数量正在持续地增加。《软件技艺宣言》全文如下： ------- As aspiring Software Craftsmen we are raising the bar of professional software development by practicing it and helping others learn the craft.
