这可能是个概念陷阱,IDLE状态,CDMA手机处于一个导频状态,也就是驻留一个小区下面接收paging信道以及必要时后读取sync channel. 也可以说在IDLE状态,手机active set=1 pn(reference PN)

手机获得参考时间的导频称为参考导频（REF_PN）。

[ActiveSet]xx导频集

　　为手机提供服务的基站扇区的导频集合。xx集最多包含6个导频。需注意对于摩托罗拉系统这6个xx导频集只能来自最多3个不同的基站，因为XCDR里每个编码器只能支持3路的选择（详见SAO010,不细述）。而95手机最多选用3路信号。

　　[CandidateSet]候选导频集

　　Ec/Io高于T_ADD，可以提供足够的能量进行解调，但是系统并未分配无线资源为手机提供服务的导频。

　　[NeighborSet]相邻导频集

　　邻小区列表里包含的导频，是由系统参数设置的。基站通过NeighborList消息或NeighborListUpdate消息发给手机。

　　[RemainingSet]剩余导频集

　　除了以上三个集合以外的导频。

1. Active Set: The pilot offset of the Forward CDMA Channel whose Paging Channel or Forward Common Control Channel is being monitored.
2. Neighbor Set: The offsets of the Pilot Channels that are likely candidates for idle handoff. The members of the Neighbor Set are specified in the Neighbor List Message, Extended Neighbor List Message, and the General Neighbor List Message on the Paging Channel, and the Universal Neighbor List Message on the Primary Broadcast Control Channel.
3. Remaining Set: The set of all possible pilot offsets in the current system (integer multiples of PILOT_INCs) on the current CDMA Frequency Assignment, excluding the pilots in the Neighbor Set and the Active Set.
