论文编号:ZD204 论文字数:26300,页数:64 组合机床的PLC控制系统的设计 摘要:组合机床及其自动线在当今机械制造业中扮演着越来越重要的角色,其技术性能和综合自动化水平在很大程度上决定着相关部门的发展。随着科学技术的不断发展,传统的以继电器控制为基础的组合机床愈加与先进生产力不相适应,在这种情况下,可编程序控制技术以其灵活性好,可靠性高,通用性强,逐渐取代了继电器控制方式,成为当代工业控制的主要发展方向。本论文详细叙述了组合机床的PLC控制系统的设计,分析了系统的主电路及控制电路图,并根据系统运行要求,确定了机床及控制系统的元件型号,作出了PLC的外部接线图。软件设计分别从全线自动/半自动,单机半自动,单机手动三种工作方式对钻孔、扩孔、镗孔和攻丝四个工位的PLC控制进行了叙述,完成了各工作方式下的功能图表,梯形图及指令表,并列举了机床运行、控制方面易出现的故障及解决方法。
Design of PLC on the Control System for Multi-Station Abstract: Nowadays , modular machine tool and its automatic lines play a more and more important role in machine manufacturing industry, its technique function and automate level decide the development of the related section to a large extent.Along with the development of science technique, traditional combined machine based on relay-control cannot adapt to the advanced productivity , in that case, the programmable controlling technique ,with its flexiblity, high reliability,good generalization,gradually replaced the relay-control, becoming the main development direction of the contemporary industry control. This paper introduces in detail about the design of PLC on the control system ,analyzes the diagram of main electric circuit and the controlling electric circuit of the system,and determines the type of apparatus,makes out the connecting-line diagram of the PLC.Then the software design descripes the PLC controlling of drilling,expanding and boring respectively from the whole line auto/ half auto, single machine half auto and single machine hand,then completes the function diagram,trapezoid diagram and the instruction form,enumerates the breakdown and the solution method of the machine and controlling system when running. 目 录 摘 要………………………………………………………………….Ⅰ
