Recruitment process:

Responsibilities:
+ Production process analysis and improvement .
+ Transferring technology standards from foreign subsidiaries to the plant in Ningbo.
+ Leading and coaching of local technical and operational staff.

Requirements:
+ Chemical engineering, chemical science or engineering
+ Preferably the candidate has a BSc or MSc Degree/ Technical qualification or equivalent in materials, chemical or processing engineering
+ At least 8 years working supervising experience in rubber belt production or similar rubber processing operations with an industrial application
+ Preferably experience with transmission belt technology
+ Strong understanding of chemical industry
+ Experience in project management
+ Experience in quality management, e.g. ISO
+ Technical understanding of rubber processing
+ Experience with the industrial application of rubber, e.g. Dynamic and Fatigue Performance
+ In-depth experience with quality management standards such as IS 9001
+ Ability to persuade and influence
+ An Eye for detail and quality
+ Efficient and effective communicator
+ Excellent planning/Organizing skills
+ Good result oriented personality
+ Strong sense of responsibility
+ Intercultural competence enabling to interact with Western and + Chinese counterparts
+ Good English preferred
+ Chinese (fluent in speaking and writing)
+ Willing to expand the knowledge base through training courses in European subsidiaries and on the job in China
+ Meticulous/pays attention to detail
+ Strong quality awareness
+ A strong self-initiator
