日前，德国Cinogy公司推出了其{zx1}开发的IR-Module,这款IR-Module专门为1495-1595nm波段（C波段+L波段）激光光束质量分析而设计。他可以把1495-1595nm波段的激光转换成为CCD可以接受的可见光。
众所周知，1495-1595nm波段的激光光束分析一般采用InGaAs探测器阵列。但nGaAs探测器阵列得缺点也是显而易见的，价格昂贵，且分辨率低。
Cinogy IR-Module采用通用C-Mount接口，配合Cinogy公司生产的CinCam系列激光光束质量分析仪，即xx常方便对C波段+L波段的激光光束进行高分辨率实时的光束分析，是目前最通讯波段激光光束分析的最经济，{zg}效的解决方案。
