混凝土泵车不能泵送的故障原因分析:
一台SY5255型37m泵车在泵送完成,回搅拌站洗车时出现升速正常,正、反泵均不能泵送的故障。升速正常说明PLC可以检测到分动箱的速度信号,继续检查泵送点控Q2.0、Q2.1,点亮正常说明电控信号正常,应重点检查液压控制系统。
(1)DT1/DT2电磁阀线圈是否短路、开路或电磁阀至PLC线路是否有故障。 (2)

(1)正、反泵观察压力表,压力为0,系统无压力。 (2)检测DT1电磁阀来电正常, 后手动顶其阀芯,故障依旧。
(3)怀疑溢流阀阀芯卡死,拆开顶盖取出阀芯,阀芯上、下移动灵活正常;去掉弹簧,用5个硬币代替,装上阀芯盖板,试机故障依旧,说明
溢流阀正常。 (4)继续检测,发现动臂架及活塞缩回所有功能均不正常,速度能自动调节,同时发现3个压力表均显示零。说明故障应该在主泵压力输出部分。
(5)分析泵送电磁阀来电正常,就可以说明行驶、泵送位置检测应该正常,但是重新检测:I2.5点亮,分动箱位置检测接近开关点亮,汽车行驶、泵送动作随驾驶室操作动作正常,说明行驶、泵送控制电路无故障。发动机升速正常,而系统无压力,位置检测又无故障,因此判定故障为分动箱内部拨叉出现问题。
(6)拆开分动箱,检查发现第三根主轴花键和齿轮损坏,更换后故障彻底排除。
