2009年前往越南永福水泥厂,针对Φ2.6X13m水泥球磨机系统存在产量低,达不到理想的成效,公司在提高球磨机台时产量上狠下功夫,实施技术改造,取得了良好的效果。
实施方案-提高水泥磨(水泥球磨机)产量方法
采用磨内筛分技术。adopt screening technology inside the mill
可以达到的指标:32.5品级水泥。产量33t/h,比表面积340±10 m2/kg。熟料:石膏:混合材=60:5:35。

技术要点:磨机分为3仓,一仓钢球直径100~70mm,二仓钢球直径70~40mm,三仓微段。仓位合理。仓内填充率合适。隔仓板采用双层隔仓板,
带有回球装置;三仓内增加活化装置。出磨隔仓板形式特殊。控制合理的隔仓板篦缝。衬板一仓为阶梯形状,二仓为大波纹形状,三仓为中波
纹形状。
Technical key points: The mill body can be divided into 3 compartments. In the first compartment, the diameter of the steel
ball is 100-700mm. In the second one, the diameter is 70-40mm. The third one is mini section. The compartment location is
reasonable with perfect filling rate inside the compartments. Diaphragm plate adopts the double plate device with ball-return
device,and add activation device. The out- mill diaphragm plate has special shape, and control the reasonable diaphragm plate
grate seam. The liner in the first compartment is ladder shape; the liner in the second one is big wave shape; the liner in
the third one is middle wave shape.
改造费用:隔仓板、活化装置、出磨隔仓板20万元。衬板50t,35万元。钢球微段75t,45万元。合计100万元。

经济效益:产量由13t/h提高到22t/h,电耗由76.9kwh/t降为45.0kwh/t,可节约电耗31.9kwh/t。一台磨机每年可以生产水泥22×7000=154000t
,可节电31.9×154000=4912600kwh,可节约费用0.50×4912600=2456300元。不到半年即可收回投资。经济效益显著。
Economic benefits: The capacity increases from 13t/h to 22t/h, and electricity consumption reduces from 76.9kwh/t to
45.0kwh/t. Thus it saves electricity 31.9kwh/t. One mill can produce cement 22×7000=154000t per year, and can save
electricity 31.9×154000=4912600kwh, and save cost 0.50×4912600=2456300RMB. Therefore, we can get back the investment in
less than half a year, which has lots of economic benefits.
两台水泥磨总投资200万元。满负荷时每年可生产水泥308000t,可产生490万元经济效益。

full load, meaning 490,0000RMB
如果维持水泥原产量13×2×7000=182000t,则每年节电效益为0.50×31.9×182000=2902900元。1年左右即可收回投资。
