The wind resistance of lamp pole is designed to be above M 36.9 m/s 11 and the seismic intensity is M 8.
2. The total height of the rod body is X meters, the upper diameter is Xmm, the lower diameter is Xmm, and the wall thickness is Xmm. The bottom of the lamp pole is equipped with a flange, and the flange mounting hole spacing is? X. The flange is mounted on the base through the foot bolt. 3. The welding mode of lamp pole is automatic submerged arc welding. The welding is reliable, the surface is smooth, and there are no obvious welding defects such as gas holes, welding nodules, undercut, etc. The ultrasonic flaw detection test meets the requirements of GBl1345 Class II standard.
4. Hot-dip galvanizing is used for steel rod anticorrosive treatment. The galvanizing process includes pickling, hot-dip galvanizing, water washing, phosphating and passivation. The surface of the galvanized layer is smooth and beautiful, with uniform luster. There are no wrinkles, falling, galvanizing tumors, peeling, spots, Yin and yang. Electrostatic spraying of lamp pole after galvanizing (color is optional), grinding before spraying to increase adhesion, curing time and temperature are strictly controlled during spraying process to ensure uniform, smooth and non-porous plastic layer. The thickness of sprayed layer is more than 1 Ooum, the adhesion is GB9286-880, the surface is smooth, and the hardness is more than 2 H.
2. Lamps and lanterns:
1. The lamp body and lamp cover are made of aluminium alloy by die casting. The surface is treated by electrostatic spraying, and the structure is light and corrosion-resistant. Anti-corrosion performance of lamp shell II; Protection grade IP65; Anti-shock grade I. It meets the requirements of "Safety Requirements and Tests of Lamps" (GB7000.1-7000.6).
2. The reflector is made of high purity aluminium and processed by anodic oxidation and electrochemical polishing. It has the characteristics of stable optical performance and high reflectivity.
3. The transparent cover is made of high strength toughened glass with curved surface. It can resist high temperature above 200 C, high transmittance and impact.
4. Reflector, tempered glass cover and lamp holder are glued together with sealant, forming an inner bubble-changing structure, which has good sealing performance. The sealing ring can withstand high temperature above 250 C, and the sealing degree reaches IP66.
