热处理：将钢在固态下通过加热，保温，并以一定的速度冷却到室温，从而获得所需性能的一种工艺方法。

Heat-treatment：It is a kind of process by heating the steel in solid, preserving heat and cooling down towards room temp at a certain speed to get required properties.

热处理的目的：通过改变组织达到改变性能的目的。

Purpose: change the properties by changing its organization.
