Liang Hao Investment Development Co.,Ltd.was founded in 1994，is belong to Tianjin State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission. It has been authorized by two large and medium-sized enterprises, co-fund the establishment of joint-stock enterprises, National Development and Reform Committee and consists by 2 nationalized companies, to be a joint-stock enterprise. The enterprise has kinds of rental cars more than 800, totally capital is round 1.2 hundred million RMB.
