2.使用
电泵投入正常运行后,为了延长使用寿命,要定期检查电源电压、工作电流和绝缘电阻是否正常,如发现以下情况应立即停机检查并排除故障。
(1)在额定工况下,电源电压低于正常值的10%,电流超过额定电流的20%。

3.保养与维修

4.贮存
潜水电泵长期不用时应提出井外,并经过检查清洗、擦净后放在干燥通风的室内保存;打开放水螺栓放完电机腔内存水(冬季更应注意,以免冻坏电机),将电缆盘起来包扎好。电泵不能在0℃以下的室内;长期不用,机组及管路表面要涂漆或黄油防锈,电泵存放时要立放。
5.安全注意事项
(1)电泵在使用前,电机腔内必须加满清水,严禁缺水运行。
(2)严格按规定扬程、流量的工况范围使用,防止在低扬程、大流量情况下工作使电机超载烧毁。
(3)严禁电泵在无水浸没情况下试运行。
(4)机泵安装使用时,严禁电缆受力,更不允许用电缆从井口提升机泵。
(5)电机反转时不得超过lmin。
(6)配置安全过载、启动保护装置,其保护控制性能必须符合产品安全控制要求,容量必须与电泵配套,严禁超载使用。
