摘 要:在单相电机的技术性能指标已经达到国家标准的基础上,进一步减少电机的噪声、提高电机的效率、节约能源、尽可能节约原材料、降低产品价格,需要改进作为电冰箱“心脏”的制冷压缩机的驱动装置——单相异步电动机,以提高制冷压缩机的性能,使电冰箱获得更加满意的性能指标。本课题所研究的单相电容起动与运行电机的起动与运行性能都很好,是目前单相电机中最理想的电机,前景非常乐观。根据电冰箱制冷压缩机电机的用户要求和实际使用工况,以及电冰箱制冷压缩机电机的特点,用最经济的方法设计电机,是电机设计的出发点。本次设计是在这样基础上并根据电冰箱制冷压缩机电机的性能、特点、工作环境和用户要求等进行的,为了进一步改善低压启动、提高效率、降低噪音、保证运行可靠性而进行的设计。

ABSTRACT:In single phase electric machine of technique function index sign hasing attained national standard foundation, further decrease electric machine’s noise, increasing electric machine’s efficiency, economize energy, economize the original material and lower the price of product possibly, the demand improves the cold compressor in system that be used as the fridge" heart" drives ——the single-phase induction motor, the function that to increase the cold compressor in system, make fridge acquired more satisfied function index sign.This lesson a study single phase with the capacitande starts and circulates, the electric machine starts function and circulates function all are very good, the single-phase electric machine is the best electric machine at present, the foreground is very optimistic.According to the customer request of the cold compressor in fridge system electric machine with actual usage situation , and the characteristics of the cold compressor in fridge system electric machine, use the most economic method design electric machine, is point of departure that electric machine design.This design is in like this foundation and request to wait the proceeding with the customer according to the function, characteristics, work environment of the cold compressor in fridge system electric machine of, start, lift for the sake of the further ameliorative low pressure high-efficiency, lower the noise, guarantee the movement dependable.
