东洋轮胎计划继续在江苏扩产

Toyo Tire & Rubber Co. Ltd. says it has obtained authorization from the local government to begin building tires at its plant in Jiangsu, China.
The new passenger and light truck tire plant is expected to meet growing demand generated by the rapid increase in automobile use in China.
"Operations are expected to commence by the end of 2011," say Toyo officials. "Initial production capacity during the first phase will be two million units."
