Of the China-ASEAN Agricultural Cooperation Summit Forum
1. Strengthen exchange and cooperation in the field of agriculture. Through favorable consultations, we should promote mutual understanding and trust, build up confidence and foundation for cooperation, expand fields of agricultural cooperation, and bring it to the next level, upgrade agricultural development together and accelerate the economic development of all parties.
2. Identify key areas for communication and cooperation. All parties agree upon the following 7 areas as the priorities for exchange and cooperation: agro-industry and food security, new crop varieties and animal breeds, agricultural sciences and technology, biomass energy, agricultural processing and logistics, animal husbandry and fishery.
3. Establish long-term mechanism for the communication and cooperation in the field of agriculture. We should strengthen dialogue, consultation, and communication among governments, enterprises and research organizations of all parties through forum, seminar and policy dialogue etc and explore together approaches and specific measures to deepen cooperation of parties. Meanwhile, we should give play the role of the chambers of commerce and civil societies to expand channels for cooperation and communication.
4. Commit to the interaction and upgrading of the agricultural industry of all parties. Through cooperation, we should optimize the allocation of resources such as laborers, commodity, funds, technology and management and jointly develop competitive industrial projects, so as to form industrial chain, scale up and upgrade the industry and share the benefits from industrial growth.
5. Continue to strengthen joint development of human resources in the filed of agriculture. Through seminars and training courses, we should promote the development of human resources, personnel training, exchange of technology and information in the fields of agricultural technology and management, make use of platforms for international scientific exchange, such as joint research projects, cooperative research centers and demonstration projects to nurture professionals for agricultural industrial cooperation.
6．Intensify efforts for agricultural investment. We should encourage and support Chinese enterprises to make use of their agricultural technology and equipment to invest in the agricultural deep processing in ASEAN, establish agricultural production bases, push forward the development of the production, processing and sales of agricultural products of both sides and establish the relationship for win-win cooperation.
7. Strengthen cooperation on the supervision of the quality and safety of agricultural products and agricultural standardization. In strict accordance to the international standards and the market access mechanism of all countries, we should strengthen the system of agricultural standardization, the system of agricultural products quality testing and examination, certification system and market access system so as to jointly promote agricultural trade of all parties and protect rights of consumers.

1、加强各方在农业产业领域的交流与合作。通过有益商讨，促进了各方相互了解和信任，增强了合作的信心和基础，不断深化和扩大农业产业合作范围和领域，努力提高合作水平及层次，共同提升产业发展水平，加快推动各方经济发展。
2、明确各方交流与合作的重点领域。通过有效的努力，各方同意在农业产业合作与粮食安全、农业新品种交流与合作、农业科技交流与合作、生物质能源开发与合作、农产品加工与物流合作、畜牧和渔业等七个重点领域加强交流与合作。
3、建立农业产业交流与合作的长效机制。采取论坛、研讨会、政策对话等多种方式，加强各方部门、企业和科研机构之间的对话、协商和沟通。共同探讨促进和深化各方合作的方式、途径和具体措施。同时，发挥商会和民间团体等组织的桥梁作用，拓宽合作与交往渠道。
4、致力于推动各方农业产业互动升级。通过各方农业产业合作，优化劳动力、商品、资金、技术、管理等资源配置，共同开发具有竞争力的产业项目，形成产业链，扩大产业规模，实现产业升级，共享产业成长收益。
5、继续加强农业人力资源开发合作。通过举办研讨会和培训班，促进各方农业技术与管理领域的人力资源开发、人员培训、技术与信息交流。利用合作研究项目、合作研究中心和示范工程等国际科技合作交流平台，共同培养从事农业产业合作的高层次专业人才队伍。
6、进一步加大农业投资合作的力度。鼓励和支持中国企业利用农业技术和设备，在东盟投资农产品深加工业， 建立农产品生产基地，推动双方农产品生产、加工、销售发展，建立共赢的合作关系。
7、加强各方农产品质量安全监督管理和农业标准化生产合作。严格按照国际标准和各国的市场准入机制，加强农业标准化体系、农产品质量检测检验体系、认证体系、市场准入体系建设的合作，共同促进各方农产品贸易，保护消费者权益。
