中国的“奶业重大关键技术研究与产业化技术集成示范”专项技术经过4年的全面评价的指标和计划任务年底前完成该项目的实施，最近通过科技部验收部。

“十五对权力的优势”期间，科技部，农业部全国乳品科学和技术部的重点进行通过现有的成熟技术，联合研究，集成创新，引进先进外国技术和奶制品行业的技术创新研究的原始创新，在共性关键技术作出了一系列重大突破，对胚胎移植的胚胎生产技术和控制系统的乳制品行业建立高品质奶牛胚胎供应能力已达到30,000，为70％，占国内市场的需求，在中国的奶牛饲养技术的建立标准化体系，建立了工业化高品质的饲料生产和加工技术体系，在重大疾病预防和控制奶牛疾病成立控制和预防重大技术制度，建立新型的中国国产乳品包装设备的开发，填补了国内空白。 06.8.23
