2. 根据需求从各种渠道筛选合适的候选人;
3..协助猎头顾问进行相关候选人资料的收集、分类、整理;
4. 协助猎头顾问进行简历的初步筛选及方案的准备;
5. 通过发展潜力客户名录来支持业务增长,应分公司的需求服务于候选人和其他市场和销售活动。
6. 通过公司的质量控制流程确保每位客户和候选人提供高水准的服务。
职位要求 :

Role as a Management Trainee Consultant

As a consultant you will be involved in the complete recruitment cycle, from introduce our solutions to clients, consulting on job specifications and client recruitment needs, interviewing applicants and managing your business from start to finish. As a result, you will learn essential business and personal skills that will help you achieve your career aspirations. You will work closely with a team of trained consultants who will provide support and ongoing development.
Responsibilities:
1.Conducting search and following up with clients and candidates
according to manager’s instruction.
2.Formulating strategies for searching for senior executives
3.Cold calling market talents is a MUST
4.Providing administrative support and expanding internal
database
5.Direct sourcing of prospective candidates in targeted
companies
6.First screening & identifying potential
candidates either by telephone interview
7.Assisting to prepare candidate reports, progress reports and
reference check reports etc.
8.Building-up database and collecting information of market talents
and clients
9.Helping to prepare materials for business development and client
visits
10.Other responsibilities assigned by manager
Qualifications:
1.A Bachelor's degree or above is preferred
2. Open-minded, flexible, proactive and result oriented
3.Able to work under pressure with patience
6.Good communication skills; fluent in spoken and written
English
7.Solid computer and internet skills
