Michelle Yang joined Text 100 in 2008 following more than a decade of public relations experience in China and Taiwan, including serving as Deputy Market Leader for Burson-Marsteller in Shanghai, and Director for Ogilvy Public Relations in Taipei.
Benecke said a centralised leadership team in China will focus on creating a more uniformed offering to make faster decisions, develop shared goals for business and career planning and improve inter-office collaboration across account teams.
"We will continue to do a lot more work beyond the technology world, looking at consumer and corporate areas. This is true for many of our markets worldwide," Benecke said.
