北京奥运会开幕的日子越来越近，但随观赛规则出台、治安防线全面启动，原本为一圆百年奥运梦而兴奋的中国民众，恍若被泼了一盆又一盆冷水，北京街头那幅「减少出行，为外国友人让出畅通大道」的标语，更令人惊讶。一个大众不能接近的北京奥运，究竟是不是中国人的奥运？难怪民众有「共赴国难」的悲叹。

The opening of Beijing Olympic is getting closer. With the new rules for watching the games and the? full-scale initiation of security lines, Chinese civils who were so excited about? the consummation of their centenial Olympic dreams feel like they are being poured cold water on their gratulation. More shockingly, even the slogan on the street of Beijing says "Go out less, make a wide and expedite road for foreign friends". If the Olympic is for Chinese to attend, does this really count Olympic for China? No wonder the public sadly sighed that they were sharing national adversity.

中华民族是礼仪之邦，为来华比赛、观赛的外国人提供方便及安全保障，本地居民受些委屈是应有之意。但是，官方昨日开始佈设三道治安防线，与其说是防范恐怖袭击，不如说是堵截内地民众进京。内地网民呼吁：「千万不要把一些正规的检查搞歪了！不要搞出地域歧视来，否则会激起很多不和谐的声音。

However,? the offical beginned to deploy there security lines which is rather a block of domestic citizens to enter Beijing than a anti-terroriest drill. The domestic netizens claim:" Never ever distord the normal censorship! Don't stir up area discrimination, or it'll trigger many disharmonious sounds.

一根电线杆　三人把守 One pole, there guards

在奥运保安方面，还有不少令人叹为观止的安排。国家电网提出的「奥运保电」工程，共动员59,460人，除国家电网的人员外，还向16个外省公司徵调 3,000名技术人员和200辆应急抢修车辆。「百度」新闻的资料显示，奉召进京的电工中，安徽省有356名，福建省有328名，江苏省有254名。

As to securolympic, there are many spectacular arrangement. The National Electricity Grid lauched the Power Assuring for Olympic Project,which? summoned 59,460 people, including 3,000 technicians in 16 companies and 200 vehicles for emergency outside the city besides the National workers. According to Baidu news, among the electrician who have been called in, 356 of them are from Anhui, while 328 from Fujina and 254 from Jiangsu.

一名奉召进京的电工透露，为确保奥运电力供应不出纰漏，京奥重点区域的每根电线杆由三个人24小时专门把守，包括武警、北京志愿者、外地电工各一名。问题是，8月是各地用电高峰，也是电网最易出故障的时间，各地的技术骨干「光荣」进京，势必影响地方电网的维护。

According to a call-in electrician, in order to assure power supply, each pole in the pivotal area of Beijing Olympic is guard by three people around the clock, including one armed police, one volunteer in Beijing and one ecdemic electrician.? The question is, August is both peak time and power-failure-most time. If these elecrical elites all go into Beijing in glory, it surely will affect local maintenance.

如果说，地方电网所受的影响仍是潜在的，还未受到民众的关注，那麽，北京陶然亭附近的标语竟然宣称「减少出行，为外国友人让出畅通大道」，就让人想起「华人与狗不得入内」的耻辱，也有网民讥讽：「北京人奴性太重。」

Should we say, local shortage of elecricians is still potential, it hasn't catch the public's eyes. But the slogan near Taoran Pavilion in Beijing, which says " Go out less, make a wide and expedite road for foreign friends", reminds us of the shameful "Chinese and dog are not to enter" slogan. Some netizens mock: "Beijing people are? too much far servile."

草木皆兵，视外地民众如贼寇，这岂是自尊、敬人之道？如何平衡礼让外宾与尊重国人、加强保安与减少扰民，让京奥成为中国人引以为傲的奥运，并未真正受到当局重视。

The government are hostil to ecdemics, treating them as bandit. Is this self respect or is this how we respect others? How to balance between yielding to foreign friends and respecting our compatiot, tightening security and lessening disturbace to civils? How to make Beijing Olympic as China's pround? These questions havn't been put on the agenda by local authorities.
