四川汉龙集团与包头蒙古实业有限公司合资100万吨PVC树脂年产量建设和配套72万吨离子膜烧碱项目工程，9月26日在包头市内蒙古年产量土默特右旗地区的建设。

据了解，该项目是在旗山位于土默特右框的化工园区，该项目总投资约72.00亿。在公共工程，建筑二十○点零零零亿元投资，20万吨聚氯乙烯装置及配套十五万吨年生产能力，年生产能力离子交换离子膜烧碱装置及配套设施。项目将统筹规划，分之后才完成了{dy}期的40万吨的聚氯乙烯厂和相应的烧碱及配套项目建设第二和第三步的一个项目原则的落实。投产的所有项目，年销售收入高达数百亿元。

内蒙古，该项目将依靠煤，电，石灰石资源，发展模式的一体化财富以煤炭经营者可以通过促进当地资源优势转化为经济优势。

From Sichuan Hanlong Group and Baotou Mongol Industrial Co., Ltd. joint venture the construction of one million tons annual output of PVC resin and supporting an annual output of 720,000 tons a ionic membrane caustic soda project engineering, September 26 Baotou City in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region youqi tumd construction.

It is understood that the project is located in Chishan tumd right frame of Chemical Industry Park, the project total investment of about 7.2 billion. A two billion yuan investment in public works, construction, annual production capacity of 200,000 tons PVC devices and supporting 150,000 tons annual production capacity of ion-exchange membrane caustic soda plant and supporting facilities. Project will be co-ordinated planning, step-by-step implementation of the principle of an item until after the completion of Phase II and III for the construction of 400,000 tons of the PVC plant and the corresponding caustic soda and supporting the project. All projects put into production, annual sales revenue up to hundreds of billion yuan.

Inner Mongolia, the project will rely on a wealth of coal, electricity, limestone resources, the integration of development models to take coal operators can be promoted by the local resource advantage into economic advantage. (07-9-29)
