一、

简述

　　

某某行A市内营业机构已有一套模拟监控，采用多路视频源采集，多画面切换器进行监控，视频源通过切换器进入长延时录像机进行录像。报警探测器发生报警时通过电话拨号器或无线发射装置与支行、110指挥中心联系。采用设备由摄像机、画面切换器、长延时录像机、红外探测器、监视器、双鉴探测器、电话拨号器或无线发射装置组成（具体参看贵行设备统计表）。功能单一，而且误报率极高，已远远不能适用于现在的银行管理和控制。对于无线报警设备，因我方将系统集成，不再考虑无线连接设计方案。同时，我方建议贵行将原有报警设备保留一段时间，待整个工程竣工后，再撤掉。保证我方施工期间，贵行报警系统正常运转。
按照我方设计方案，对各个营业机构进行系统改造。改造后，实现远程查询、控制、管理等功能。

二、

改造可行性分析

　　某某行的监控系统方案是在原有的模拟监控的基础上进行改造的。原有监控设备的数目比较多，在低投入、高性能的基础上原有设备保持不变，每个营业机构增加一台云台摄象机，通过多媒体主机实现远程监控目的，传输线路采用ISDN线路。

1、下面表格是营业机构原有设备型号与数量汇总表。
2、下面表格是通过营业机构各网点摄象机数量与云台摄象机数量、报警探测器数量进行分类统计表

根据以上贵行招标文件原有设备细分统计表，我方
在下面营业机构设备清单中共分四部分对营业机构设备采用进行统计。依据招标文件，云台摄象机只采用台，；应急灯控制装置招标文件为套，建议采用我方应急灯控制装置，共为套，报价按贵行套统计；关于警灯与警号则建议贵行考虑美观问题，全部更换，该部分报价中做为可利用设备，不再单独做报价；以上设备列在表C-1中，在C-2（3、4）中则不再重复，若需要，则由贵行通知再做报价。设备清单中不包含画面切换器、录象机、双鉴探测器、紧急按纽、红外探测器、烟感探测器，该部分将根据具体情况进行测试后再做利用和更换报价。

下面是我方设计中各部分机构设备采用表：

C-1：摄象机路数小于8路，报警探测器小于8路
的营业机构为73户，其中带有云台摄象机的有1户，数量1台。
