　　三七的药用价值：三七是五加科人生属植物，属我国特有的名贵中药材之一，被世人誉为"金不换"、"南国神草"。 据药理研究证明，三七除具有与人参相似的补益和治一切血症的功能外，还具有国家批准试验的保健品的24种功能中的19种功能主要有效成份。李时珍在《本草纲目》中说它"能治一切血症"，在民间又称其为"血见愁"。在清代，三七一直被列为进贡朝廷的珍稀物品。20世纪以来，人们在熟知三七"生打熟补"药理的基础上，创出了"参茸桂七"之说，三七并列四大名药之首，在民间广泛运用。

　　为什么云南文山地区的三七{zh0}？三七的主要产地为：云南，广西，贵州，四川等省，但以云南文山州和广西靖西县、那坡县所产的三七质量较好，为地道药材。

　　三七的人工栽培，始于明代。由当时文山县平坝镇居民率先栽培成功。随后，随着移民交流和商贸活动被传入广西一带。据考察，三七人工栽培历史已有640年以上。作为三七的原产地和主产地的云南文山，2007年，共种植三七面积12万亩，产量达916.62万公斤,三七GAP规范化种植8万亩,实现总产值18.16亿元,销售收入达17.35亿元。种植面积和产量均占全国的98%以上。1995年，被国家命名为"中国三七之乡"。2002年文山三七被国家批准为我国{dy}个获得原产地产品保护的中药材品种。2003年9月，三七GAP基地通过国家认证，成为我国{dy}批第四个通过认证的品种，标志着"文山三七"种植标准上升为国家标准。2005年3月12日，"文山三七"证明商标正式获得国家工商行政管理总局商标局核准注册的地理标志证明商标。

　　性味归经：味甘微苦，性温，归肝、胃经，以根、根状茎入药。是名贵中药材，生用可止血化瘀、消肿止痛，是云南白药主要成分，同棵植物的花叶也能入药，当茶饮。三七是既止血又造血，具有双重功效。

　　(1)具有良好的止血功效、显著的造血功能；
　　(2)能加强和改善冠脉微循环，扩三七入药历史悠久，作用奇特被历代医家视为药中之宝，故有“金不换”之说法。

　　三七“味微甘而苦，颇似人参之味。”“凡杖扑伤损，瘀血淋漓者，随即嚼烂罨之即止，青肿者即消散。若受杖时，先服一、二钱，则血不冲心，杖后尤宜服之，产后服亦良。大抵此药气温，味甘微苦，及阳明、厥阴血分之药，故能治一切血病”。

　　1912年版《中国医药大辞典》记载：

　　“三七功用xx，去瘀损，止血衄，能通能补，功效最良，是方药中之最珍贵者。三七生吃，去瘀生新，消肿定痛，并有止血不留瘀血，行血不伤新的优点；熟服可补益健体。”
　　(2)扩张血管的作用；
　　(3)有较强的镇痛作用，具有抗疲劳、提高学习和记忆能力的作用；
　　(4)xx症作用；
　　(5)具有免疫调节剂的作用，能使过高或过低的免疫反应恢复到正常，但不干扰机体正常的免疫反应；
　　(6)抗肿瘤作用；
　　(7)抗衰老、抗氧化作用；
　　(8)降低血脂及胆固醇作用;
　　(9)保护肝脏。
