Responsibilities:
1.Actively look for quality candidates for database
enrichment
2.Conduct phone /face-to-face interview based on structured
Technical / Behavior questionnaires
3.Introduce appropriate job orders to candidates
4.Update system on a timely manner in regarding to candidates'
career history, skills, interview comments etc.
5.Follow up candidates' offer negotiation, offer signing, and
on-boarding
6.Work with Recruiting Advisor, who is interfacing our clients, to
introduce appropriate job orders to interviewed candidates.
7.Follow up candidates who are presented to clients for the whole
recruitment process. Prepare candidates well before their interview
with client. Provide support in offer negotiation, offer signing
and on boarding.
8.Keep a good relation with candidates. Regularly warm up with
candidates to keep posted of their updates in career life. Keep a
good communication with colleagues who work in the following
role.
9.introducing our company services to clients through warm and cold
calling
10.identifying and developing client business relationships
11.assessing the needs of each particular client
12.building long term client relationships
13.input job orders into the system and communicate with ca team in
an effective manner
present matched candidates to clients and follow up closely on
interview process
Requirements:
1.Min. 2 years of working experience in any industry, highly
potential intern is also acceptable
2.Good spoken English is an advantage.
3.Independent, dynamic, mature, result oriented and with drive to
achieve
4.Possess sound business sense and good communication skill
5.Must enjoy talking to people and looking to build good
relationships with candidates
6.Passion for the recruitment industry
7.Major in engineering course is preferred
Location: Zhichun Road, Haidian
Time: For internship, at least 3 full days per week. For full time, 5 working days per week.
