一种多工位专用数控钻床的设计研究

【摘要】针对大尺寸,多孔零件及直径较大的深孔加工,提出了一种可调式大直径数控多工位专用钻床设计方案。对多工位专用钻床的上滑台,下滑台等机械结构进行设计,实现了加工不同中心距不同厚度的工件及一专多用的要求。基于西门子数控系统完成电气控制部分的设计,实现立柱钻头与回转工作台在数控系统的统一控制下,完成连续xx的高速钻孔。相比于传统钻床,该方案适合大直径的深孔加工,以及满足高加工节拍、高形位精度,不同尺寸加工自适应,高效率要求,并具有低成本的特点。
